If you are using Advanced Reporting, this parameter is not applicable, so you can leave it unchecked. In the data warehouse, the rpt_calendar table is replaced by the dwh_cmn_period calendar table.
The admin resource calendar determines the FTE calculation. Run the job with this option selected at least once a month and if the availability of the admin resource changes. The reports display a 'No Data Found' message if this table is not populated. Most of the reports displaying data by calendar period reference this table. For example, if you run the job in October of 2015, the table is populated with periods from October 2010 through October 2020. Selecting this option populates the table five years back and five years forward, based on the current date.
